A prestigious private development project located in the city of Aden, Republic of Yemen, on a land area of 14,500 square meters, overlooking the Gulf of Aden.
The project aims to develop a private palace comprising three integrated residential units forming the main private residence, in addition to a separate building dedicated to guest reception. The architectural design follows an Andalusian style, complemented by landscaped side gardens. The project also features a marina with a conceptual design inspired by the Arabic word “Aden,” reflecting the site’s cultural and geographical identity.
